Personal companions are expected to last many years with the proper care. Sometimes when your doll first arrives she may be cold from traveling and you can easily wrap her in an electric blanket or warm blanket to maintain a regular body temperature. CANCELLATIONS:
We reserve the right to grant a cancellation in certain situations. Prior to production, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. After production has begun, cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis. If materials and time have been expended on an order, the customer will be accountable for them.
