Terms & Conditions Shipping and Handling for Doll item on

Domestic & International Cost of shipping & handling will
depend on delivery destination, carrier of choice & insurance
(on all orders within the continental United States. Additional
fees may apply to beyond point deliveries and/or in special
circumstances.) All orders are shipped by standard freight
in a secure and rugged shipping crate. We can ship to residential
addresses or shipping terminals.
You are notified when your order is shipped. Notification
includes the exact date of delivery and estimated time of
arrival. We are not responsible for any damage during shipping,
but every product that we ship is covered by insurance.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy : If a situation arises
which requires you to cancel your order, we are willing to
consider a partial refund based on the materials that were
used.
Due to the complex nature of this business, we can not offer
any refund once the silicone is poured. However, should your
companion arrive with a manufacturer defect or if damaged
in shipping, we will work with you to determine whether to
have the doll repaired or whether to ship the product back
for a refund.
Please note, all orders are shipped fully insured through
our courier service.
