Each doll is custom-made using our premier blend of silicone and foam that is softer and more life like than most love dolls.Our dolls are lighter and therefore less likely to experience tears and may also last longer. It is important to remember that your doll is a brilliant jewel or a work of art that needs to be treated with tender loving care for a long life.

CARE:
Personal companions are expected to last many years with the proper care. Sometimes when your doll first arrives she may be cold from traveling and you can easily wrap her in an electric blanket or warm blanket to maintain a regular body temperature. But we have found that most people are over whelmed by the beauty of our silicone dolls, and become very excited when they arrive. Sometimes this may lead to non-standard usage. If you use your doll excessively or you engage in non-standard use, then we offer some assistance. Please feel free to contact us for questions about doll care.

Your doll will be packed in a specially designed shipping crate with a privacy screen. We will contact you when your order is shipped and send you FedEx tracking number.

If outside the United States,your packages may be subject to the customs fees, import duties and taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped.

Clothing
She will be shipped dressed wearing: the latest Ultradoll fashions specially picked to enhance your fantasy and shipping needs. You have two options to pay:

2. Or pay via Paypal: Send an email to info@ultradolls.com with your name, shipping address, phone number and the item you wish to purchase. We will then send you an invoice via email where you can securely send your payments via Paypal.



Order Confirmation
We will confirm your order by email,and request your preferences. We will then ship your order to the address you requested, and send you the tracking number. All orders are shipped at our patron's convenience around your schedule.

CANCELLATIONS:
We reserve the right to grant a cancellation in certain situations. Prior to production, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. After production has begun, cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis. If materials and time have been expended on an order, the customer will be accountable for them. Refunds may take up to 45 days to process.
