Sometimes when your doll first arrives she may be cold from traveling and you can easily wrap her in an electric blanket or warm blanket to maintain a regular body temperature. After production has begun, cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis. If materials and time have been expended on an order, the customer will be accountable for them.
